PCS-12210 HYDRO-TECH
WATER REDUCIBLE ENAMEL
DESCRIPTION: A water-reducible, high gloss enamel for interior or exterior use, has good color and gloss retention, and the ability to be applied either direct to metal or to previously-painted surfaces.
ADVANTAGES: PCS-12210 is extremely fast drying for a water reducible enamel, exhibiting very good early water resistance. It is V.O.C. compliant and has no flash point, which reduces fire hazards and may lower insurance costs. The wide variety of colors available are all free of both lead and chromate.
USES: PCS-12210 is used to coat machinery, implements, sanitation equipment, shipping containers, structural steel and as a general maintenance finish.
SURFACE PREPARATION:Remove all loose rust, loose paint, oil, grease or other interference materials prior to painting. If a primer is desired, PCS-12295 or PCS-12155 Water Reducible Primer is recommended.
MIXING: Stir thoroughly before use.
THINNING: PCS-12210 will appear heavy bodied in comparison with solvent based paints, especially in colder temperatures. However, do not thin unless necessary to achieve atomization and then do so sparingly--no more than ½ pint of water per gallon.
CLEAN-UP: Warn soapy water.
